• Leading a team of 5 engineers who focus on outcomes over output • Coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing engineers and teams • Ensuring high psychological safety • Partnering with our product and data science teams to establish the roadmap and achieve sustainable throughput while iterating fast • Challenging engineers on system design, scope or sequencing to deliver faster while decreasing the technical debt • Contributing to the evolution of our architecture, tools and processesThe job opening consists of leading a team of 5 engineers who focus on outcomes over output, coaching, mentoring, developing high-performing engineers and teams, Ensuring high psychological safety, partnering with our product and data science teams to establish the roadmap and achieve sustainable throughput while iterating fast, andChallenging engineers on system design, scope or sequencing to deliver faster while decreasing the technical debt.
