Description
• Leading a growing group of 15+ engineers, split in 2 teams, with one engineering manager each • Coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineers and teams • Ensuring high psychological safety • Partnering with our product and data science teams to establish the roadmap and achieve sustainable throughput while iterating fast • Challenging engineers on system design, scope or sequencing to deliver faster while decreasing the technical debt • You are not afraid to dive into a very technical conversation • Actingively tackling any bottleneck in the system, wherever they are • Getting your hands dirty and helping wherever is needed
Requirements
