📋 Description
• Overall care of end-to-end bookkeeping and finance processes for 10-20 clients • Primary client contact for process improvements and onboarding • Delegate tasks and ensure successful service delivery • Review books for potential client errors and accurate pricing
🎯 Requirements
• Multi-client cloud accounting experience • Over 3 years of experience running payroll and monthly close • 2+ years in QBO, Bill.com, Gusto, etc. • Strong accrual knowledge • Higher-education accounting degree • Experience at a CPA firm is a plus • Excellent communication skills • Keen attention to detail • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills • Humility and openness to coaching • Excellent coaching skills
