• Lead commercial assessment of forest projects and investments • Support sales team in executing complex project finance contracts • Negotiate and structure financing agreements with clients and funders • Develop financial models for forest project economics • Analyze and model Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and tax implications • Explore and implement creative financial strategies to enhance forest project profitability • Manage and mentor finance team members
Requirements
• Bachelor degree • 7+ years of experience in financial analysis • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team
