📋 Description

• Establish annual research and insights plan for company • Develop frequent cadence of reporting for monitoring and educating staff • Identify tools, budgets and 3rd party partners to help achieve goals, establish rigor and deliver on company goals • Support Ad Sales with data, insights to help drive revenue • Support Creative team with data, insights to help guide content development • Liaise with ASM and the Creative Strategy & Integrated Marketing Director to provide data and insights that support the development of custom content solutions for RFP responses and other sponsor driven content packages/experiences/partnerships • Develop signature insights reports to support NGLmitu thought leadership goals • External facing activities in regards to client meetings, panels, and public presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and background in media research, Channel or program research with a strong emphasis on digital/Social & Content. • Strong senior-level agency/brand contacts. • Proven track record of sales success and support 10+ years of successful media company data and insights roles. • Detail-oriented, strong work ethic, and time management skills. • Strategic mindset, analytical sales skills, and strong business acumen. • Excellent written and verbal communication & presentation skills. • Strong computer skills. • Willingness to travel as needed. • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion both internally and externally.
