📋 Description

• Testlio is hiring a Financial Planning & Analysis Associate (FP&A) to build and scale their FP&A function. • Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting. • Partner closely with business leaders to provide analysis and recommendations. • Prepare financial reports for ELT and the Board. • Identify cost optimization and revenue growth opportunities. • Build relationships with key stakeholders across departments. • Enhance efficiency in financial reporting and analysis through process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field focusing on quantitative subjects. • 3-6 years of experience in a fast-paced, growth environment, preferably within investment banking, corporate finance, or FP&A at a technology/services company. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions. • Strategic, curious, and driven to find impactful solutions. • Advanced Excel/Gsheet skills, including proficiency in data querying, pivot tables, and data visualization. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to technical and non-technical audiences. • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
