• Serve as a strategic business partner driving measurable customer outcomes • Maximize lifetime value and orchestrate customer journey from onboarding through renewal • Conduct strategic account management and execution • Implement customer adoption strategies for platform utilization • Analyze customer health metrics and predict trajectory • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for comprehensive account strategies
• 5–7 years of customer success experience managing a strategic book of business and driving measurable outcomes. • Owned a portfolio of 25–50 mid-market or enterprise accounts with $5–7M ARR. • Strong track record in renewals, upsell motions, and influencing GRR/NRR. • Organized, accurate CRM management. • Process-oriented and able to design improve solutions • Ability to turn around challenging or declining customers using data and empathy. • Coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement. • Communicate with clarity and operate as a trusted advisor.
