📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and environments to enable rapid, reliable delivery. • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or similar) to ensure consistency and scalability. • Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across cloud and on-prem environments to support high-quality client outcomes. • Collaborate proactively with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration processes. • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability, security, and minimal client impact. • Implement best practices for containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) to drive efficiency and resilience. • Enhance observability, logging, and alerting systems for faster issue resolution and continuous improvement. • Participate in a 24x7 support environment (though off-hours work is rare), demonstrating commitment to reliability and client satisfaction. • Ensure compliance with SOX and SOC-1 controls in a regulated environment, maintaining trust and integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles. • Bonus points for experience with: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Postgres, and Rails. • Strong scripting abilities (Python, Bash, or similar). • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). • Knowledge of microservices architecture and modern deployment strategies.
