📋 Description

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making across sales and marketing workflows • Build multi-agent systems that collaborate to solve complex GTM challenges • Deploy predictive models that improve lead conversion and retention • Contribute to NLP solutions such as chatbots and sentiment analysis for customer engagement • Write clean, testable code and participate in technical discussions • Collaborate with Sales teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI features • Research emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on our competitive advantage • Prototype innovative solutions that could revolutionise our industry approach • Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact AI use cases • Contribute to Access Group's AI strategy and roadmap development

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of hands-on ML/AI development experience • Experience with AI / Automation tools such as n8n or Revelance • Strong Python programming and HTML skills with deep knowledge of ML frameworks • Cloud platform expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with ML services and deployment pipelines • LLM fine-tuning and deployment experience, including prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) • Understanding of connectivity across datasets, platforms (PowerBI, Tableau, DataBricks) and APIs
