📋 Description

• Responding to complex service inquiries and providing post-sale support • Manage non-routine problems using independent judgment • Coordinate with Client Managers for service needs • Develop relationships with strategic clients and brokers • Prepare and facilitate client or broker meetings • Provide telephonic and email support for clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience • 12+ months in a client-facing role (preferably with Cigna Global Health Benefits) • Knowledge of Cigna Global products • Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Background in marketing, account management, account service, or sales • Proven project management skills
