Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of legal practice post-Bar admission in litigation, employee relations, or business transactions • Employment law experience required • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently • Timely, punctual regular attendance required • May require extended hours for urgent issues or to meet established deadlines • JD required, Bar license required (Licensed in VA) • Proficiency in using Monday.com, Slack, Google Suite, MS Office
