• Manage multiple assigned key studies • Execute prime contract by implementing global study strategy • Represent company to external stakeholders • Manage risks for optimal business outcomes • Collaborate with global functional departments • Ensure deliverables meet customer expectations • Motivate local teams for successful study outcomes • Mentor less experienced staff • Act as local support on global studies • Ensure compliance with quality framework and international standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 8+ years of experience • Strong leadership skills • Strong planning and organizational skills • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Comprehensive understanding of clinical research practices • Strong judgment and decision-making skills • Effective oral and written communication skills, including English proficiency • Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills • Strong attention to detail • In-depth understanding of relevant regulations e.g. ICH/GCP, FDA guidelines
