📋 Description

• Provide high-quality service in accordance with internal quality standards as well as the guidelines and processes of our customers • Install (including technical handover), maintain, repair, verify and qualify (IQ/OQ/PQ) our portfolio of laboratory equipment at customer sites • Perform and document quality assurance activities (IQ/OQ/PQ, CSV, etc.) • Support customers on-site and remotely via phone support, troubleshooting, diagnostics and user training • Plan, coordinate and prioritize work tasks independently • Prepare timely and detailed reports of activities • Identify recurring technical issues and opportunities for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical or scientific vocational training, preferably in electrical engineering or medical technology, or an equivalent qualification • Ideally, experience in a relevant service role with life sciences or medical devices • Demonstrable ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent organizational and analytical skills • Positive, customer-focused manner and strong communication skills in German plus good English proficiency • Confident use of digital tools, service software, mobile applications and modern technologies • Enthusiasm for using digital and AI-supported solutions to continuously improve service processes • High willingness to travel (up to 75–100%) and willingness to work from home • Valid driving licence Class B
