• The Data, Analytics & AI Director leads Sercante’s efforts to help clients unlock the power of data and AI across their end-to-end customer lifecycle. • They advise clients on ways technology can unify, activate and operationalize data across marketing, sales and service so teams can make smarter decisions, personalize at scale and deliver meaningful business outcomes. • The Data, Analytics & AI Director is a thought leader, connecting business goals to data architecture, predictive modeling and insight generation. • They are knowledgeable of the leading Data and AI technologies on the market and are able to help clients assess platform fitment based on their business needs. • One of the main goals is to help clients demystify AI and understand ways to accelerate their teams and customer experiences, ensuring the right data foundation exists. • They define internal standards for Sercante teams to deliver scalable data-driven programs. • They partner with Sales, Delivery and Product leaders to shape go-to-market strategies, build solution accelerators and elevate how clients harness the power of their data to drive intelligent AI experiences. • A Day-in-the-Life: • Advising clients on data and AI strategies that drive impact across marketing, sales, and service • Leading data discovery sessions to assess maturity, gaps, and opportunities in the client’s data ecosystem • Designing cross-cloud data architectures, including customer 360 profiles, identity resolution, and activation models • Defining use cases for predictive and generative AI across the customer journey • Building frameworks, templates, and playbooks for data governance, segmentation, personalization, and analytics • Enabling internal teams through documentation, training, and coaching on best practices in data and analytics • Collaborating with Sales on proposals, pre-sales conversations, and high-value solution design • Developing relationships with product teams at Salesforce • Leading internal growth initiatives around Salesforce and non-Salesforce technology platforms, including enterprise data warehouse systems, integrations & ETL platforms, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Tableau, CRMA and Marketing Intelligence
• 10+ years in technology solutions, data, analytics consulting, or a related role • 2+ years working with AI technologies and advising clients on tailored AI solutions, including predictive analytics, generative AI, agentic AI, large language models, etc. • Passionate about learning the latest AI capabilities and solutions • Proven ability to grow and manage a practice, partnering across Sales and Delivery teams to drive growth outcomes • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Tableau or other data solutions • Certifications in any of the following: Data Cloud Consultant, AI Specialist, Snowflake, Databricks, Einstein, Tableau • Ability to connect technical capabilities with business outcomes • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical plans effectively • Comfortable with ideating and presenting technology-driven solutions to stakeholders • A collaborative and entrepreneurial spirit that thrives on building bridges between teams and organizations • A passion for helping businesses succeed through innovative sales and marketing solutions • A proactive mindset that embraces new challenges and opportunities
