📋 Description

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define scope and scheduling for game updates and major releases. • Development of detailed, actionable release plans, ensuring all stakeholders understand deliverables, timelines and dependencies. • Identifying potential bottlenecks or pitfalls early, and collaborating with teams to implement effective mitigation strategies. • Coordination with QA to ensure thorough testing, triage, and resolution of issues before releasing any updates. • Maintaining a high-quality bar for all releases, championing best practices and continuous improvement. • Responsible for owning and leading the end-to-end release management lifecycle, from planning to deployment and post-release support. • Conduct post-launch reviews, gathering feedback to refine our processes and boost future launches.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in a release management role within the gaming industry. • AAA Experience leading release management, at least one shipped title (bonus points if you've managed global releases!). • Demonstrated ownership of software development lifecycles, game development pipelines and best practices for launch readiness. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, being able to ensure that all teams are aligned and aware of the project goals. • Deep understanding of Jira and Confluence. • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
