• Assist broker sales support with onboarding new brokers and nurturing ongoing relationships • Provide training and support to producers for effective adoption of company's products and services • Follow broker success plans to ensure desired outcomes for producers

Requirements

• Property & Casualty Insurance license required • Commercial insurance experience necessary, small commercial business insurance preferred • Previous work with insurance brokers or agencies • Experience in fast-paced customer service environment • Strong written and oral communication skills • Highly organized with attention to detail • Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple projects • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
