📋 Description

• Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered applications using .NET, Azure AI Services, and Azure OpenAI • Architect and build .NET services and APIs integrating Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services • Design and implement RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search • Develop agentic workflows with tool/function calling • Build and manage Semantic Kernel plugins/skills • Ensure end-to-end solution quality: performance, security, reliability • Collaborate with product, security, and data teams • Drive architecture best practices and engineering excellence • Mentor engineers, lead design reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ Years of Experience with .NET technologies C#/.NET & ASP.NET Core • Azure AI & OpenAI: GPT models, embeddings, function calling • Azure AI Search & Studio: Indexing, hybrid search • RAG & Agentic AI: Chunking, metadata enrichment • Semantic Kernel (C#): Kernels, semantic/native skills • Azure Infrastructure: App Service, Functions, AKS, Container Apps • Security & Compliance: PII handling, data residency • Testing & Quality: Unit, integration, contract, load testing
