• Lead the ideation and planning of the roadmap and follow it up. • Provide the director of product with strategic reports regarding the progress of the Roadmap. • Coordinate a team of product analyst and people to make things happen. • Be responsible for the communication that allows informing and aligning the different stakeholders of the product. • Inspire and generate enthusiasm in team members regarding the vision and product objectives. • Create a consolidated product culture based on processes and best practices. • Train and mentor team members. • Participate in the construction of the product with the ux and development team using agile methodologies and seeking to achieve our standards of usability, simplicity and quality. • Collaborate in the software development process, establishing work guidelines, between areas, stakeholders and members of the product team.
