📋 Description
• Support mapping AS-IS/TO-BE processes, identifying automation opportunities (RPA, low-code); • Develop bots and simple flows using tools such as Power Automate, n8n, Claude or Python/VBA to automate repetitive tasks (e.g., invoicing, reporting, approvals); • Participate in SCRUM sprints, creating user stories, testing pilots and documenting digital SOPs; • Gather pain points from internal teams (commercial, finance, operations, etc.) and validate deliveries during reviews; • Monitor automation performance (KPIs: time saved, errors, ROI) and recommend improvements; • Support solution rollouts and provide basic end-user training.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; • Experience or knowledge in automation (academic projects or internships are acceptable); • Basic process mapping skills (BPMN or flowcharts); • Proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility; • Intermediate English.
