📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic partner and experience architect across the talent lifecycle. • Blend talent acquisition, talent coordination, onboarding execution, and core HR operations. • Attract, engage, hire, and onboard exceptional talent while creating a seamless and engaging experience for candidates, new hires, and colleagues. • Add value as a talent acquisition partner with full-cycle recruiting responsibilities. • Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through scheduling and offer. • Develop trusted relationships and proactively communicate with hiring managers utilizing market insight and data to support talent decisions. • Manage recruiting process and engagement for contractors. • Own pre-boarding and onboarding from offer acceptance through early colleague milestones. • Maintain accurate talent data and effective processes across recruiting and HR systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, HR, or talent management. • Demonstrated experience supporting multiple stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers and employee record management. • Experience working with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and productivity tools, with strong attention to data accuracy and process integrity. • Experience supporting recruiting processes, with the ability to coordinate interviews and candidate communications and contribute to search execution. • Working knowledge of core HR practices, documentation standards, confidentiality expectations, and employment process compliance. • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong service orientation. • Ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with colleagues, candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners. • Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
