• Perform commissioning, testing, integration, optimization, maintenance, and repair across the USA, Canada, and Mexico. • Provide expert consultation on customer plant systems, remote and on-site support for technical issues, and sorter performance troubleshooting. • Conduct machine and maintenance training for customers and service personnel, while supporting the development of team members. • Deliver detailed field reports after each customer visit or technical intervention. • Provide on-call technical phone support, field response, and contribute ideas for process and efficiency improvements.
• Minimum of 3 years of customer-facing B2B experience in electrical and mechanical fields. • Strong technical foundation, particularly in electricity (reading electrical diagrams and plans, API/PLC electrical automation). • Proficiency in computer programs and PC configuration. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and user-friendly manner. • Fluency in French and English is required. • Adaptability and willingness to travel internationally.
