Description

• Collaborate with a skilled team to design, scale, and deliver new features and services. • Ensure efficient delivery and maintain a healthy team dynamic. • Champion best practices in design and coding.

Requirements

• 5 + years of back-end development experience • Experience with modern PHP frameworks, preferably Symfony • Experience with Yii Framework is a plus • Experience building REST API’s • Familiar with JSON Schemas, OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth • Comfortable with AWS services such as SQS and Lambdas • Knowledge of Node JS and TypeScript is a plus • Practical experience optimizing relational databases, preferably MySQL • Experience writing tests (Unit, Integration and Functional tests) • Experience working in an agile environment/squad. • Ability to lead by example, influencing and mentoring junior developers • Good communicator, you understand your job goes beyond only coding your tickets • Self-starter with a lot of initiative; we won’t be watching your every move, show us what you’ve got! • Very good at what you do, but humble about it
