• Business Analyst in einem Projekt zur standardisierten Bereitstellung von verlegefähigen, skalierbaren und geschützten Systemen im Bereich Rechenzentrumsinfrastruktur für verteilte Architekturen. • Aufnahme und Bewertung von Kundenanfragen / Requirements Engineering • Ableitung und Dokumentation von Systemanforderungen • Abstimmung und Priorisierung der Anforderungen mit Product Ownern und Entwicklungsteams • Modellierung von IT-Architekturen und Geschäftsprozesse in UML / BPMN mittels Sparx EA • Umsetzung der Anforderungen gemäß vorgegebener Architekturframeworks (ADM / TOGAF) • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen den Fachabteilungen, Architektur und Entwicklung • Unterstützung bei der Klärung fachlicher Fragen • Moderation von Abstimmungsterminen
🎯 Requirements
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch: Level C1 und Englisch Level B1 - Gemeinsamer Europäischer Referenzrahmen für Sprachen GER • Kenntnisse in IT-Service Management (ITIL Foundation oder höher) • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Modellierung komplexer Umgebungen in UML / BPMN • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Nutzung von Sparx EA • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Architektur-Framework ADM • Zertifizierung in Architekturframeworks: TOGAF (wünschenswert) • Zertifizierung in Prozessmodellierung: BPMN (wünschenswert)
