📋 Description
• The Field Recruiter is responsible for identifying and sourcing participants of different demographics to complete our data collection project. • Work Location: Los Angeles, California. • Work Schedule: up to 40 hours per week. • Engagement Model: Temporary Employment. • Position Duration: 12 weeks. • Start Date: Immediately.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. • Strong cultural knowledge of different cultural groups present in Los Angeles. • Experience working in a multinational/multicultural virtual working environment. • Experience in working in a cross-functional/matrix organization. • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
