Description

• Remote work within the US • Estimated up to 10 hours in total • Freelance / Independent Contractor engagement model • Project expected to start at the beginning of September and finish in the first week of November • Hands-on role in delivering high-quality research projects focusing on mystery shopping studies. • Responsible for reviewing study design, documents, mathematical analysis, and final report to ensure quality and accuracy.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree (preferred) in Market Research, Statistics, Economics, Business, Sociology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in market research and 2+ years of direct experience with mystery shopping studies • Proven track record in quality assurance within the context of market research, ensuring data accuracy, methodology, and compliance with industry standards • Familiarity with mystery shopping studies in the US market • Expertise with survey design and implementation (mystery shopping) • Strong ability to analyze datasets, perform statistical tests, and derive meaningful insights from data • Exceptional attention to detail • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate reports and documentation • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities • Technical skills: proficiency in statistical software and tools for data analysis (SPSS, R, SAS) • Fluent in English
