📋 Description

• Build, lead and mentor an international SDR team. • Develop team structures that support multiple countries and product portfolios. • Foster and maintain a high-performing, motivating and collaborative team culture. • Analyze market trends, target markets and buyer personas to shape outbound strategies. • Identify new market opportunities, sales approaches and improvements to the go-to-market strategy. • Develop and implement lead generation and qualification strategies in collaboration with Marketing and regional Sales Managers. • Ensure a continuous flow of high-quality leads to effectively support Account Executives. • Monitor, track and optimize funnel metrics, including conversion rates and outbound productivity. • Provide accurate forecasts and KPI reports to the Sales Director DACH. • Improve outbound, inbound and qualification processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in inside sales or SDR roles, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology or industrial sectors. • Previous leadership experience in an international environment or as a Team Lead / Senior SDR is a strong advantage. • Proven track record of implementing scalable Sales Development strategies. • Strong coaching, leadership and motivational skills with experience in performance management. • Excellent knowledge of modern sales and marketing tools and CRM systems. • Analytical, structured working style with a strong hands-on mentality. • Fluent in English and German.
