• Driving growth within a defined territory of existing Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner (AECO) customers • Expanding adoption of the Trimble software portfolio • Guiding customers, prospects, and internal account teams on Trimble’s HR solutions • Leading consultative, HR software portfolio growth by partnering with AEs • Building and managing a healthy pipeline • Delivering tailored product demonstrations • Building trusted relationships through consistent multi-channel engagement • Partnering with internal stakeholders in response to RFIs and RFPs • Attending trade shows and industry conventions
🎯 Requirements
• Strong understanding of HRIS tools • 2 years of experience selling SaaS solutions and/or direct experience in the construction industry • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong presentation, communication and influencing skills • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously • Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products
