Description

• Responsible for closing accounts for assigned book of business. • Achieve revenue and profitability growth. • Identify, develop, and manage relationships at all levels. • Liaison between the dealer and TrueCar. • Understand dealer needs and educate on TrueCar products. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for performance and training.

Requirements

• Proven success in retail sales in an automotive dealership environment. • Experience in digital media advertising. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proven ability to identify, initiate, negotiate, and close deals. • Proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals. • Ability to formulate, implement and execute sales strategy in a competitive environment. • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools. • Experience interfacing with clients at various levels. • Strong sales skills to create interest for new ideas and products. • Ability to communicate client requirements to internal organization. • Demonstrated ability to represent the company. • High integrity, self-starter, strong work ethic. • Ability to utilize office software and learn new software. • Tech-savvy with data presentation skills. • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly. • Strong understanding of auto dealerships. • Ability to travel domestically including overnight trips up to 75% of the time.
