📋 Description

• Increase inbound lead volume and quality while enhancing brand visibility. • Oversee demand generation, content strategy, and paid media for growth. • Optimize channels for growth and ensure continuous performance feedback. • Lead generation through multi-channel strategies and optimize campaigns. • Enhance brand positioning with thought leadership and PR initiatives. • Collaborate with teams across departments to align growth initiatives. • Ensure customer retention and lifetime value through engagement strategies. • Implement data-driven approaches to measure and improve marketing performance. • Lead product-led growth and experimentation to drive conversions.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Proven track record of scaling lead generation efforts and driving significant business growth. • Expertise in digital advertising, SEO, content marketing, and conversion rate optimization. • Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making. • Deep understanding of influencer marketing, social media, and emerging marketing channels. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams. • Proven ability to gain industry recognition via award submissions, keynote speaking engagements, and thought leadership.
