Description
• Maintain a scalable dbt project that makes high-quality, well-organized data available for downstream systems • Support technical integration with external data sources • Build resilient data pipelines (Azure Databricks, Delta Live Tables, dbt, Terraform) • Design and build highly useful data models • Work with operational stakeholders to define and prioritize analytic needs • Lead, mentor, and expand a top-tier analytics team
Requirements
• Strong proficiency with SQL • Strong proficiency with dbt • Strong experience in integrating healthcare datasets (e.g. claims, ADT/HIE, FHIR) and population health analytics • Proficiency with Spark (PySpark, SparkSQL APIs) • Comfortable managing SDLC with git and CI/CD • Experience leading and managing an analytics team and/or analytics projects • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and certifications including HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOC2
