📋 Description
• Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations • Work a 45-hour full-time schedule, which includes a 1-hour lunch break and: • Average of 25 attended sessions per week (scheduling approx. 28 to account for cancellations) • Hours between 8am and 9pm (PST), Monday through Friday • Deliver fully virtual, evidence-based psychotherapy for individual adults (18+) with varying levels of acuity that can be safely and effectively served with once-a-week teletherapy • Facilitate client consult appointments as needed based on business need • Participate in weekly case consultation and wellness hours, monthly wellness groups and professional development • Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress • Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate. • Provide exceptional care to clients while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality, including utilizing HIPAA-compliant platforms, adhering to all internal policies and procedures, and maintaining professional codes of ethics • Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) • Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+) • At least six months of teletherapy experience • Available for session hours from 8am and 9pm (PST), Monday through Friday • Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress • Experience utilizing an electronic health/medical record system to document progress notes, treatment plans, etc. • Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
