Description

• Overall responsibility for managing tax compliance and reporting for the organization • Work with our owners regarding tax structure and overall responsibility for treasury management • Strategize on corporate structure efficiency while balancing the needs of Tax Equity structures • Preparation, filing and all resultant communications associated with all annual tax returns • Oversee and ensure overall tax compliance (income, sales and use, franchise, etc) • Support tax related aspects of financial reporting • Strategize and oversee treasury operations

Requirements

• Practical tax equity structure knowledge • Hands on experience with breadth of US tax matters • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Incredible level of organization capabilities
