📋 Description

• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and trends that impact our industry. • Identify and articulate AI patterns to solve real business challenges. • Collaborate with subject matter experts to provide strategic technical guidance. • Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and hackathons to build AI expertise across the enterprise. • Partner with security, legal, and technology teams to ensure compliance and alignment. • Create insightful, easy-to-understand reports that demonstrate the value and impact of AI and automation efforts. • Contribute to coding efforts, building and deploying AI-driven solutions using languages and technologies such as C#, Python, RAG, LLM, MCP, Agents, and fine-tuning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience designing, building, and delivering enterprise-grade software solutions. • Proven track record in developing AI-driven applications and leveraging AI technologies and patterns. • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Python, or similar. • Hands-on experience with AI frameworks, machine learning models, and automation tools. • Previous experience creating and delivering technical training programs. • Passion for mentoring and upskilling teams across the organization. • Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, actionable insights for diverse audiences. • Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
