• Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline • Proven experience of at least 8 years in Project Management • Proven experience of at least 5 years in Service Management practices with particular emphasis on Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement • A recognised and still valid Project Management certification, such as PRINCE 2 or similar • A recognised and still valid Service Management certification, such as ITIL or ISO/IEC 20000 • Demonstrable knowledge of and experience using Service Now • Knowledge of configuration management concepts, system life cycle management, and quality management • Experience in Project Management tools • Experience in successfully leading multi-functional teams as a self-motivated decision maker, anticipating risks, taking initiative, and acting as a Change Champion • Experience in developing and managing KPI's and metrics • Experience in business planning, preparation, and production of budget submissions • Demonstrated capacity to exercise strong judgement in advising unit leadership, setting priorities, and executing requirements • Hands-on experience in using financial tools (such as Oracle, SAP, etc.) • Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel • Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements • Proven ability to communicate effectively orally, using tact and diplomacy, and in writing, with good briefing skills • Excellent use of the English language (verbal & written).
