📋 Description

• Provide support to affiliated units via telephone, videoconference, e-mail or system in order to address their requests. • Provide support to internal areas (Federation) to meet presented demands. • Conduct visits/appointments to affiliated units, when requested, evaluating health services, performing situational assessments, delivering training, and promoting the services of Comprehensive Health Management. • Prepare visit/appointment reports to monitor the services provided. • Keep control spreadsheets and area indicators up to date to monitor the services provided. • Assist in implementing Health Promotion and/or Primary Health Care programs by providing logistical and infrastructure support to ensure their quality and effectiveness. • Conduct and participate in trainings, from planning through execution and evaluation, focusing on capacity building and technical improvement of professionals at affiliated units. • Prepare reports, technical opinions, and other technical support actions for health teams.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Speech-Language Pathology (Fonoaudiologia)
