📋 Description

• Structure assumptions for financial projections and develop financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) to simulate macroeconomic scenarios and perform sensitivity analyses; • Provide strategic visibility of results to senior stakeholders by preparing executive presentations (financial data storytelling) directed to the Board of Directors and strategic committees; • Coordinate the company budget cycle and periodic reviews across functions, supporting non-financial departments (Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Health Operations) in structuring and managing their budgets; • Define, configure and monitor the business’s global strategic KPIs, critically tracking working capital metrics, corporate leverage and cash efficiency; • Lead continuous improvement, digital transformation and innovation projects within FP&A processes, driving automation of management reporting and optimization of planning tools; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy in the collection and reporting of financial data;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration or Accounting (postgraduate degrees, MBA or market financial certifications will be considered a plus). • Strong, mature professional background in senior or specialist roles in FP&A, Corporate Finance or Strategic Planning. • Proficiency in long-term financial modeling, valuation of new businesses/investments and deep knowledge of consolidated Financial Statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). • Advanced/specialist skills in Excel and BI/Analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx); strong experience within the SAP ecosystem (SAC Planning or comparable market solutions). • Familiarity with initiatives to automate financial processes and produce structured reports using data or AI is desirable. • Deep knowledge of financial mathematics;
