📋 Description

• Support the management team and the business units with administrative and specialist matters • Conduct research to specifically support sales and business development activities • Prepare analyses and compile and format tender and proposal documents • Centrally coordinate incoming project inquiries • Review briefings and prepare them in a structured format for the business units • Maintain an overview of the status of all ongoing pitches • Act as an interface between internal teams • Ensure maintenance and further development of the CRM system • Ensure high data quality and support the optimization of processes in the area of Business Development

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or a related field • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an agency or consulting environment • Strong communication and organizational skills • Careful, structured and proactive working style • Confident and professional demeanour • Very good written and spoken English skills • Very good knowledge of common MS Office applications (especially Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and general software proficiency; initial experience with CRM systems is an advantage
