📋 Description

• Varied introduction to the music industry • Insights into the processes and workflows of a major label • Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns • Artist positioning • Communication with artists, management and partners • System maintenance and data analysis in collaboration with specialist departments • Creating copy, presentations and social media content • Organizing travel, video shoots, photo shoots, events and showcases • Exposure to adjacent departments such as Promotion, Marketing Labs, Sales and Finance

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate school certificate (Mittlere Reife), Fachhochschulreife or Abitur (equivalent to A-levels) by summer 2026 • At least 18 years old at the start of the apprenticeship • Confident communication in German and good English skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Passion for music and knowledge of common social media platforms • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure • Team player
