• You are responsible for promoting Universal Music's domestic signings internationally. • You act as the interface between our domestic labels, international UMG affiliates/labels, artists and their managements. • You develop, coordinate and analyze international marketing and PR campaigns with internal and external stakeholders. • You independently create project plans for your artist roster with the goal of building international artist brands. • You continuously track release performance of tracks and albums using KPIs, prepare reports and use the available tools and systems. • You research and monitor social media and marketing trends domestically and internationally and derive appropriate actions for your artist roster. • You maintain and expand your international network.
• You have a completed degree or equivalent qualification in a field relevant to the role. • You have initial experience working directly with artists and their managements and have gained experience in project management and/or marketing. • You demonstrate strong music affinity — you are familiar with our industry and our repertoire. • You are always interested in the latest digital trends, monitor market changes and successfully incorporate them into your campaigns. • Excellent English skills are essential due to international collaboration — additional foreign language skills are a plus. • Your personality matters: you communicate clearly and concisely, which allows you to engage others and enthuse them about your ideas. • With your sensitivity to different perspectives, you convey content in a way that resonates with target audiences and reconcile differing interests. • You remain calm in changing conditions and new challenges, confidently and proactively finding solutions — you think entrepreneurially and act in a solution-oriented manner. • You are confident in negotiations, taking cultural and corporate-political nuances into account. • As a networker, you have already built industry contacts and are able to further expand them. • You enjoy traveling and can structure your working day flexibly to communicate with stakeholders in different time zones.
