• Take the lead in developing and implementing marketing strategies • Manage your campaigns based on data and constantly look for new marketing approaches • Responsible for independent project and budget management as well as for the development, execution and monitoring of marketing, PR and social media concepts • Develop cross-channel content marketing strategies for Universal Music’s owned media channels • Provide editorial support for campaigns in the respective relevant channels • Coordinate agencies to implement measures and campaigns • Work very closely with Promotion Managers, Editorial Streaming Managers, LABSxSTUDIOS and Content & Creation Managers • Place great importance on building and maintaining relationships with rights holders, artists and producers
• Successfully completed vocational training or a university degree with a focus on marketing • At least two years’ experience in product marketing at a music or media company • Broad music and marketing expertise across genres; comfortable in clubs, concerts and festivals • Strong understanding of digital/online marketing and promotion, digital media planning and KPIs • Highly creative in developing new products, marketing campaigns and strategies, as well as promotional ideas • Excellent project management skills and actively manage creative processes • Experience using streaming platforms and understanding their associated mechanisms • Good knowledge of online metrics and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google AdWords) • Business-fluent German (C2) and advanced English (C1), both spoken and written
