Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field • 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in banks, fintech, or financial services • Proficiency in data modeling, business process modeling (BPMN, UML), and requirements gathering techniques • Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Product-oriented mindset • Familiarity with SQL, API integrations, and service architecture
