Description

• Join the Partnerships & Community Engagement (PCE) team • Build relationships with healthcare centers and key leaders • Champion Upstream's intervention model • Liaise between health centers and Upstream teams • Develop and execute strategies for contraceptive access • Travel required • Manage recruitment of health centers and hospitals • Formalize partnerships through MOUs • Support partnership implementation • Cultivate and maintain relationships • Stay informed about healthcare trends and issues • Be an agent for change • Engage in community engagement activities

Requirements

• Success in selling a complex product, service, or program to institutions or companies • 8+ years of professional experience • Relationship management, sales, business development, or outreach experience • Healthcare-related or clinical background preferred • Bachelor's degree desirable • Organizational account management experience • Entrepreneurial mindset
