•5–7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 3+ years in demand gen or growth-focused roles •You’ve owned pipeline targets before, and you’re hungry to do it again •You move fast, figure things out, and don’t wait around for permission •You love getting campaigns out the door, testing bold ideas, and iterating with intention •You keep things simple for V1s, and make them smarter with each version •You know how to partner with Sales, GTM Ops, and agencies to drive results (not just activity) •Tools like HubSpot, Clay, HeyReach, and Keyplay are second nature to you •You’re humble, collaborative, and bring energy (no ego) to the team
