• This position will be the point of contact between UserWay and the clients. • You will specialize in maintaining relationships with existing client accounts and continue to build a strategic relationship with the client — ensuring they're achieving the highest level of satisfaction and advising them on long-term growth strategies. • Directly responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned customer accounts to ensure we maximize expansion opportunities. • Build long-term relationships with clients from onboarding to advising them throughout their customer lifecycle. • Serve as a brand ambassador for existing and new products, developing tailored sales pitches to each client. • Negotiate client contracts, research current client behaviors and identify new business opportunities with existing clients. • Coordinate with Customer Success and Marketing to ensure customers optimize Userway’s products or services. • Analyze sales KPIs, trends, growth/lost business, upsell opportunities and provide actionable recommendations for team improvements. • Partner with internal teams to define a strategic plan and execute high performing campaigns for clients. • Present KPIs to key stakeholders and consistently meet deadlines, remain within budget and hit quotas.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field/s • 5 years experience working in sales, account management or project management roles • Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management, internally and externally • Excellent English communication skills including written, verbal and presentation • Up-to-date understanding of the industry’s consumer behavior • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients • Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data
