• Implement accounting systems and processes. • Prepare monthly financial reports. • Control the master data of the general ledger. • Ensure compliance with the state revenue service. • Conduct tax planning and tax oversight for special projects. • Prepare income tax returns, monthly financial reports and expense budget reports. • Provide accurate reports on a company’s finances to government agencies. • Review tax forms and make recommendations for adjustments if necessary. • Resolve any tax-related issues for the business or client. • Maintain strong professional relationships with businesses and clients for continued service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics. • CPA, CMA, MBA helpful • Completion of Articles. • Registration with accredited statutory body and association. • Certified Public Accountant (CPA-US) and Certified CA (India) • Fully compliant as a tax practitioner. • Filing of corporate tax returns. • Experience in providing financial advice. • Expert handling of QuickBooks and other relevant accounting software • Knowledge of local and federal tax laws and regulations.
