• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Security Analyst, or similar client-facing cybersecurity role. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and industry standards (e.g., SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management). • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Experience managing enterprise clients or accounts in a managed services environment. • Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA). • Ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously. • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent. • Familiarity with major SIEM platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, etc.) • Previous experience at an MSSP or MDR services provider.
