Description

• Play a fundamental role in the financial close process • Ensure compliance with GAAP for their respective accounts • Implement process improvements and adaptation of new accounting principles and software • Oversee accounting compliance records and provide audit responses • Review reconciliations meticulously and present results to stakeholders monthly • Enhance the organization’s ability to automate reconciliations • Manage and develop direct reports • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting. CPA preferred • Technical Skills • 4+ years of accounting or auditing experience • Experience managing and developing a team of professionals • Strong understanding of GAAP required • Experience using NetSuite is a plus • Ability to multitask and work within deadlines • Strong attention to detail • Desire to make process improvements • Adaptability
