Description

• Senior Product Designer for top design projects. • Problem solver who crafts practical and beautiful user experiences. • Guide and mentor more junior colleagues. • Help break down business and customer problems, imagine new and elegant solutions. • Contribute to valuable design projects, improving products and working on new features. • Explore and communicate design concepts through sketches, user flows, low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes. • Participate in design research, user research, and validation testing. • Lead 1-3 designers on projects as necessary. • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure designs fit business goals, technical constraints, and user needs. • Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life. • Create robust and scalable design systems. • Advocate for best practices across the product design team and mentor less experienced designers. • Contribute to improving the end-to-end product delivery process and internal processes. • Deep knowledge of mobile and web app design patterns and UX best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in mobile and web app design patterns and UX best practices • Ability to simplify complex problems into simple and elegant solutions • Willingness to share work in progress and incorporate feedback • Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor junior designers • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders • Comfortable with overseeing multiple projects and making decisions • Experience with user testing process and reviewing feedback • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Bonus skills such as UX writing, motion design, 3D design etc. are appreciated.
