📋 Description

• Customer interface & relationship management: act as the central interface between internal departments and clients and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication. • Needs analysis & customer satisfaction: identify clients' individual needs and ensure their satisfaction. • Information & communication management: inform clients about new benefits and opportunities for optimization. • Product development & innovation: further develop the existing benefits portfolio and implement innovative models. • Strategic consulting & system analysis: provide strategic advice and develop future-proof solutions to enhance employee satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification • Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management, or Customer Success Management • Strong customer and service orientation • Empathy, confident presence, and assertiveness • Experience building and maintaining long-term client relationships • Clear, persuasive, and presentation-ready communication skills • Ability to work independently, solution-oriented, and in a structured manner • Strong organizational skills and solid commercial/business acumen • Fluent German and English (business/negotiation level) • Solid project management knowledge and an affinity for technical topics
