Description

• The Effects engineering team is building a cutting-edge platform for non-kinetic operations in support of strategic competition efforts. • We’re looking for a talented Engineering Manager to lead this cross-functional team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience. Contributed to system design and architecture for production-grade software. • 2+ years of leadership experience. Successfully mentored and grew peeps. Balanced high delivery velocity with empathy for the humans on the team. • Experience building and owning features end-to-end: decomposing problems into deliverables, gathering requirements, writing and discussing RFCs, coding, writing documentation, rolling out to production, etc. • Excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and project ownership. • Passionate about solving real world problems and moving fast. • Proficiency with PostgreSQL and OpenSearch/Elasticsearch. • Active U.S. Security Clearance.
